- Most importantly, you need to be a passionate UI/UX Developer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal UI/UX Developer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following
- Must have strong experience in desktop and website design, as well as responsive web design and app design for iOS and Android Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as popular frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Ability to understand a user's needs, behaviors, and desires and translate these into the most intuitive and beautiful UX/UI possible Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS Cross-Browser web development, testing and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them Experience in working with JavaScript and j Query will be added advantage.
- We understand that even if you are a seasoned UI/UX Developer you may not have all the skills listed here. If you are a good at what you do and have a willingness to learn, lets talk.
